I needed to take in my 2024 seltos for an issue with my radiator house. I took it to the dealership after 4:00 pm without an appointment. Liz was very helpful she checked it and and said that she will call radiator house. I took it to the dealership after 4:00 pm without an appointment. She informed me that they wanted to keep the car while waiting for the part so that it did not overheat. I explained to her that was my only form of transportation, and she got me into a rental.
