Very difficult to understand and was not able to answer my questions. Took upwards of a week for my questions to be answered. By the time I finally got to speak with the Service Mgr (Tony Knight) I had waited long enough. Appears that he was the only one who could answer my questions. Told him I was going to pick up my vehicle and go elsewhere. Fortunately, he understood my frustration with having to wait so long and cancelled out the work order. Suggest training staff on how to be more knowledgeable on repair projects as well a more professional tone when speaking with customers on the phone. More
