Very bad experience with this dealership. Only 4 months after buying a used car (at an overpriced rate), I had to bring it in for the first check-up. What a coincidence — suddenly they “di Only 4 months after buying a used car (at an overpriced rate), I had to bring it in for the first check-up. What a coincidence — suddenly they “discover” I needed to replace the rotors and brake pads… and they wanted to charge me $1,100. After getting a second opinion, I found out the rotors didn’t need to be replaced at all — only the brake pads. In other words, they tried to charge me for unnecessary work. On top of that, they didn’t even do the basics: they didn’t rotate the tires (I left one with a nail on purpose and it was still there) and they didn’t check the air filter. I already felt ripped off with the car purchase, and they still wanted to squeeze more money out of me. I do NOT recommend this dealership at all. More
The dealership is very clean and seems to run with efficiency. Even times that you have to wait for an advisor, the wait is never that bad because I know the person ahead of us is getting the same tho efficiency. Disappointed that a part was broken during a recall service but how the dealership handled and resolved made it a good experience. I was given alternative transportation while waiting for parts to arr service but how the dealership handled and resolved made it a good experience. Almost 3 hours for an oil and rotate which is absolutely ridiculous. It appears my SA sat on my feedback from the MPI service recommendations for about 1.2 hours before pushing it back to the tech.
