Lance King is by far the best service advisor I ever had. I have never had a major repair on a Honda Pilot an he kept me in the loop during our transmission issue. I did not appreciate having to get a rental I have never had a major repair on a Honda Pilot an he kept me in the loop during our transmission issue. I did not appreciate having to get a rental car at Enterprise as their service is terrible and it took way too long to rent and return and I only needed a car for 2 days. I have been having all my service work done at your dealership since we moved here in 2022. Not a good way to make a customer feel good about your dealership. Bad move. Lance gets a five star!!!!
