I was looking for a used car My 1997 Town and Country van bit the dust and after looking on the internet I found one at Gregg Young Chevy with low mileage and a good price. I went My 1997 Town and Country van bit the dust and after looking on the internet I found one at Gregg Young Chevy with low mileage and a good price. I went and test drove it and bought it. It wasn't the color I would choose but I was looking at the mileage and price. A week later I was called and told that there was a problem with the title and I'd have to return the car. I was heartbroken. Mike Quattocchi , the salesman, assured me the dealership would make it right. They gave me a loaner while they looked for a replacement car. It took a couple of weeks but they found one. It not only was the same year but lower mileage, better condition and the colors (interior/exterior) that I loved and at the same price. I told Mike Q that if I were to order a car, this would be it. I want to thank all the guys at Gregg Young Chevy for making the whole thing possible. Everything Wrong! I did not have a good experience buying a car from here being a first time buyer. Everything was going great until it came to the paperwork. They sent I did not have a good experience buying a car from here being a first time buyer. Everything was going great until it came to the paperwork. They sent the paper work to the wrong address for my cosigner. Then they told me that my first payment would be due in 45 days which it WAS NOT and it was nearly late which would have affected my credit but the credit place called my cosigner asking for payment. I called in prior to it being due asking when my due date was and was told i would get a call back but no one ever called me to tell me when my due date was. But before all of this, they sent my papers to the wrong STATE to be registered just because my cosigner lives in Kansas. I was unable to register my car on time and after THREE attempts in separate weeks to register my car I had to call them to find out what was going on. When I called it was over an hour and a half that I was waiting for a call back so I decided to call in and ask for someone who could actually help me. So now I'm nearly a week into my car being unregistered past the due date, missed the date for my first payment, and im overall very unhappy with Gregg Young Chevrolet after there being all this trouble. I definitely won't be recommending anyone to buy their car from there after my experience. It's been a very frustrating time. More

I bought a used Malibu from him several years ago and he was so kind and helpful and made the whole experience a pleasure and a seamless process. I knew when my Malibu was totaled that I would come back to Gregg Young Chev., but more importantly to ask for Keith. Again, Keith went above and beyond to help me through a difficult time. I found a new 2016 Trax and Keith worked with the loan and finance department to secure a good deal and loan. He even went out to my new car and helped get the Blue Tooth activated. When I was having difficulty with filing my Gap claim on the totaled vehicle, Keith and several people from the finance team helped me sort things out and get the right papers into to Gap people.
