As we discussed Ford's price increase is not something the dealership can control, and incentives for this are only offered to those original customers with reservations. As you were not the original customer with the reservation you would be entitled to this, still, we honored pricing for you. Your points will be awarded as soon as you bring your vehicle for correction of the recall issued right after your delivery.

Greico once again is lying and blaming everyone else but themselves. The recall for a safety belt issue is not going to be fixed until parts come in the 4th quarter of 2023 per the recall notice which was issued after the sale date. Greico also was the one to offer my husband to take over a cancelled order but Greico of course failed to update the system with my husband’s name. Lies, lies, lies. Where’s the license plate frame that you ordered 3 weeks ago that you said would come in in 2-3 days Maurice? TIME TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR FAILURE AS A DEALERSHIP!

With today’s technology in all vehicles, keyless entry remote start, and many other features all manufacturers require Key fobs to be programmed and it requires that a skilled technician with both fobs and the vehicle present. Unfortunately, the time involved in this programming requires a charge from all manufacturers and it is a scheduled service as all services are these days. Mr. Luzzi I will again refer to your Credit Card company as your refund was processed by us on April 10, 2023. I have again emailed you a copy of your refund slip. We have already been charged for your refund, you will need to contact them as to why they have not posted to your account as you are the credit card holder, and they will not speak to anyone else because of privacy laws.

Once again the receipt only shows you ran the card, the proof is the transaction confirmation number from your merchant services. Why do you refuse to contact them for that confirmation? I've contacted Bank of America and put the charge in dispute and they have given me the credit. I'm not sure Louis as the GM why you don't know how this works, I guess incompetent sounds right. Maybe it was you who trained Fergi your sales guy on how to try and lie to Ford Motor Company about the x and a plans being the same? Looking forward to seeing what Ford does, now that they have all the text messages and emails showing what Fergi tried to do. I guess maybe I'll post them here.

I'll make a deal with you, contact your merchant and get the transaction confirmation number from them to my bank, once it's verified that it was done when you said I will remove all of my reviews even including the ones where you refused to honor the deal that Fergi made with me. Deal?

They still have not refunded the money. They want to say they did but my bank said no. Louis refuses to contact his merchant services and get a confirmation number of the refund. Eventually the money will be refunded to the bank and when it does I will post that information with the date as well as all emails between myself and all contacts I've been dealing with including Carmela who claimed to be part of the Grieco family. Her cell number is 401-487-5497.

Well Louis, Another day without the refund, I've offered you a deal that if you could show a confirmation number from your processing company to my bank I would delete all my negative reviews. You've chosen not to take the offer. Very sad, as I said before my bank has provided me a credit and has made me whole. Eventually you will have to refund the money to the bank, yet you seem to like getting bad reviews and comments and treat people like garbage. The company portrays they are 100% customer satisfaction, except if you screw them on a deal or you try and keep their deposit.

Hey Louis, I talked to Ronald today and schooled him on how a merchant service works and that he needed to contact them. He told me he would send email to the people in the office and ask them to follow up with the transaction of refunding my $1000.00 and that he would include me on the email. Unfortunately I did not receive any email. Tomorrow I will contact my bank and get a status on the dispute. I have not come down there yet, but trust me I will be paying a visit and expect to walk away with my money. I left you a voicemail, it seems you're afraid to talk to me, that's the behavior of guilty people. If I do have to come there I will create a scene and let the customers there all know what you've done to me.

I've now called the dealership at least 10 times over the past week and left several messages without receiving a call back from any of them. So far I've asked to speak to and have left messages for "the person responsible for responding to online reviews", the service dept manager, and even the general manager with no luck. Cancellations have processes and as long as vehicles are financed all funds get returned to the finance institution because they hold the interest on the vehicle till the loan is satisfied. The concern you opened with the FL Department of Financial Services has been satisfied and closed by the department as all regulatory steps were followed.
