Tom, Chad, and Hailey went above and beyond with their excellent customer service, from having the car ready when we got there and getting me a great deal on my purchase and my trade as well. Brought my brand new 2025 Chevy Tahoe Highland Inn for service after it was acting up. No heat to the passenger side. Extremely rough shifting. High beams would not disengage with oncoming traffic. Lane d service after it was acting up. No heat to the passenger side. Extremely rough shifting. High beams would not disengage with oncoming traffic. Lane departure and safety was not activated and messages were deployed, saying that it was not working. They took my Tahoe. for over a week. They damaged the passenger side door and had to take it to the body shop to get repaired. When I took repossession of the car. Zero attention to detail was given. You would think they would do at least a walk around to make sure everything was OK. Turns out they never put the decals back on my hundred thousand dollar vehicle. And they said I needed to reschedule an appointment and get a loaner so they could attach the friggin details that identified my vehicle as a Tahoe.. in addition, they burned over a half a tank of gas, but rode me and said that I needed to at least have the same amount of gas in my loaner or they were gonna charge me over seven dollars a gallon. I gave them a full tank. They gave me a quarter tank when it was 3/4 when I left it for service. Now I have a whole bunch of other electrical systems that aren’t working such as automatic shut off when I stop which tells me that there is an underlying problem with the electrical system or the charging system. I had a independent mechanic look at it who is familiar with Chevy. Sounds like the disabled one system so that warnings would not show up. I expect they fix this xxxx problem now. I will be a Ford owner very soon. My wife’s trailblazer had many problems also with nothing resolved. They said that it did a complete review of all systems and everything was OK even said that the wipers were OK even though they were frayed and needing new wipers. I do not trust the service at Grossman Chevrolet at this point. More
Great communication and transparency when diagnosing issues. They take the time to explain what has been done, next steps and possible resolutions. issues. They take the time to explain what has been done, next steps and possible resolutions. More
