We appreciate you bringing your concerns about the check-in process and transportation changes to our attention. Clear communication is an important part of the experience we strive to provide, and we’re sorry we fell short. We understand how changes to our courtesy transportation program, including the transition from loaner vehicles and two-way Uber service to limited transportation options, can be frustrating, especially for our long-time customers. While we have made these changes to better manage vehicle availability and continue providing transportation assistance to as many customers as possible, we recognize that we could have communicated the policy and the reasoning behind it more effectively. We’re also disappointed to learn that your rear windshield wiper was not replaced as expected.
