He is very personable, friendly knowledgeable, and dedicated to his job. You leave with a feeling of accomplishment no matter what your service entailed i’ve been a long time customer with this dealership and I’ve always had every vehicle serviced there. Troy is one of the nicest most personable and friendly advisers. I’ve had since dealing with them over the past 15 years. I would like to point out an outstanding salesman who showed concern was honest and is a great face of your dealership salesman Hector Rincon, please recognize Hector and promote him today!. Also, it was important to me for the sales manager to meet me during the deal. He came out in the beginning of the process, and he thanked me at the end. Also, when I walked in the dealership and every time I walk in the dealership I was greeted by the reception representative and was helped immediately I’ve been to other dealerships recently, where there was no reception and that service was terrible. Of another note, the processing of the title paperwork was seamless with this new process and I received my title in the mailbox less than two weeks from the purchase date that’s outstanding! Please recognize sales manager Efrain and service representative Todd. I’d like to note that every staff that I talk to at this dealership, you can sense that they were proud to work there and that sets a tone and a climate that should be recognized by the management.
