The only negative thing that I have is win, the service tech tries to do too many things at one time. While I was paying for my truck service instead of devoting his attention to me he was on the phone, tr tech tries to do too many things at one time. I called and made an appointment for service and insisted I did not want to in the waiting room I just like to get it serviced and then it was told it’d be no problem. I felt that the overall experience this time was below satisfactory. I originally scheduled my visit to be seen by Sunni Felix but was sent to another service consultant. I really don’t understand why you have a 6 week wait on loaners. Are you holding cars there for 6 weeks? I had to get a rental which I am still pending reimbursement from warranty. I had to call several times to get a status of my vehicle for something that could have been done in a matter or days not weeks. On top of that you guys have the gall to call me and ask for additional money when you forgot to charge for labor on service that was already exceptionally high. I still have one or two oil changes left there but will likely take my vehicle to another authorized service provider in the future once I use my oil changes. I don’t know what happens to this place but the service isn’t what it used to be when i purchased my vehicle 5 years ago. More
