We've bought many vehicles from Rob over the years and he has always done more than he had to to help us with anything we needed. I've been around the car business for a while and I've heard a lot of stories has always done more than he had to to help us with anything we needed. All cars, pre-owned and new can have problems but, some people just can't seem to operate with a general level of respect when an issue pops up. Making demands and acting tough won't get you anywhere with any dealer, so when you read negative reviews, in most cases, the person writing them has probably left out the part where they got frustrated, let their ego take control and decided they could talk to people any way they wanted to. Car dealers face a variety of problems from customers, ranging from disrespect to threats of violence and everything in between. I know for a fact that Rob will absolutely help you as much as he can, as long as he is treated with respect. He's easy to talk to, understanding and a fun guy. More

Total scam We bought an escape from them with the extra warranty. They would only allow us to take to a place in Defiance and of course that place always said no We bought an escape from them with the extra warranty. When we had it looked at by a real professional we found out not only was the transmission going out in but they also disconnected warning lights. The air bag never went off in the crash due to this. Same day we filed the insurance claim, all of a sudden they demanded the vehicle back. We were fighting with insurance when they came and stole my escape! I have the right to have it looked at by places of my choosing also. I was never given that chance. Now we don't know where my escape is at and I have belongings in it. You can bet I'll loose everything and that they took my escape hours away from me! Never go here!!! Don't even send your worst enemy there!!! Attitudes are the worst and believe me, they will screw you in the end!!! More

Beyond expectations I bought an vehicle from there with little money down and they worked with me on my payment dates. They set me up with an few local shops in the area and paid to have the repairs done which meant a lot to me because they made me feel like they cared enough to make sure that I would have an vehicle that ran properly. Both workers were so kind and when you told them about any problems with the vehicle you could tell they felt bad and wanted to do whatever they needed to in order for you to be satisfied. It is an small dealership but they have an good selection in my opinion and when I need an vehicle in the future I will be sure to be an repeat customer and I would highly recommend them to anyone that is looking for an used vehicle at an fair price. At no point did I feel pressured into buying from them and in fact they were so laid back,friendly and helpful I didn't feel like I was at an dealership at all which is extremely rare. More

I brought a grand am for 4500 once I left the service light came on I called to have them look at it and they wouldn't when they said they would I checked the oil and there was none and the coolant was bone dry this place is a big rip off please go some where else this place sells u bad cars and promises to fix whatever is wrong and doesn't please check else were before u give them ur money they do not deserve it.
