Due to unbelievable medical bills, our budget is tight and we planned to buy a used vehicle. The management wouldn’t hear of it. Realizing that we drive many miles daily to medical appointments in several directions, Bryce and his team of management and helpers got us into a brand new Renegade Latitude with an amazing warranty package for less than our monthly payment budgeted for a used vehicle. They literally spent the entire day with us, as we had to come and go from the dialysis clinic 40 miles away. It got dark, and I was tired and cranky with 73 miles to drive home, but, hey, I was going home in a vehicle that only had 11 miles on it! They helped me clean out my minivan and transfer the many medically needed belongings into the new car. They gave us a complimentary set of floor mats, and a really nice auto care kit in a case. But most of all, they gave us real care, unlike any I have ever received before at a car dealership. They gave us personal numbers to call or text if we need anything. was it worth driving 73 miles from home to get this kind of service? You betcha. They took into account that my husband is a Military Veteran and that I’m his full time caregiver and chauffeur. Oh, and one more thing. I got a big hug from Bryce, the best guy ever, who asked me, when I walked into the absolutely gorgeous showroom, what my goals were for the day. That question took me by surprise, so I blurted out “I’m just looking for some joy”. He grinned and said, “we can help you with that”. Promise delivered, with hard work, patience, efficiency, and humor. I’m going back Wednesday to tie up some unfinished business and maybe get another hug and a cup of their amazing coffee. More

"What are you trying to accomplish?" I do not reccommend this dealership to anyone seeking to buy a new or used vehicle. The one positive from our visit was Tara, our initial salesperson. When we began negotiations, the sales manager-Travis Johnson- came out to speak with us. He literally asked "what are you trying to accomplish?" As informed buyers (we did all our research), we gave offers that were lower than what we were willing to pay for a new Jeep Cherokee in the hopes we could get a couple hundred dollars off of the online listed price for the vehicle. The online listed price was $21,195. When Travis refused to come lower than almost $3000 ABOVE the listed price, told him that the online price was different. He word for word told us: "I price my vehicles aggressively online to drive traffic to our dealership." So he literally stated that he knowingly put an incorrect price on the vehicles he was selling. Sure there are rebates and credits that every buyer won't qualify for, but after doing the math once we left, Travis also revoked the "dealer discount" that was listed online too. If you expect a fair deal, please go to another dealership. More
