Service by Guessing and wasting $$ I bought three cars from this dealer in the past 10 years, one of which is new Escalade. That particular truck has been admitted for service for the I bought three cars from this dealer in the past 10 years, one of which is new Escalade. That particular truck has been admitted for service for the same repair three times and after spending close to $9,000 no end in sight. I complaint to the head of the Service Manager, never got a promise that they will fix it, or even feeling sorry for the bad performance. I think GM should re-review their certification. It is a promise, Never Again Gurely Leep. I will file a complaint with the State and GM, so others won't suffer like me. More
