I had to return to dealership to rework the deal due to deal not being correct - it was an inconvenience and we ended up having to correct the financing - It was a finance dept error. In addition, when making the new deal - we asked if we can make the first payment on the lease a certain day and we were told that the dealer could not take care of that but when payment is closer to the due date we can ask the Hyundai Finance office - I did so and I was told that this arrangement needed to be made at the dealer ship. So I could not get help from neither the dealership or Hyundai - I basically feel that the goal was as long as the vehicle is sold - Nothing else matters - this put a big strain on my finances for the first couple of months - I f I would of known that the payment could not be moved - The purchase would of not happened. With this alone I would shy away from any further business with Hyundai. On a positive note the experience with the sales team was very positive and helpful, The disconnect was with Financing - I felt I was treated like cattle "move them in , move them out" mentality.
"Willing to negotiate"
Dealer staff work with me to get a price I was satisfied with. They did not have the car I needed but searched the local dealerships and found me the car I wanted.
Great experience. We were treated well by the staff and they answered all our questions in a timely manner. Offered numerous test drives of the different models. Thank you.
