I didn't have the best experience with this dealership. I went there to get a car I saw online that I can get to have for work. I get to the dealership and the guy I saw was friendly and cool. I was not able to get the car that I came for because the bank wouldn't finance it for that low amount I was told and the guy started to show me some cars that I could get. I did mention that I need a car with 3 full rows due to my family size. I didn't like any of the cars he showed me other then the last car and that's because it had the 3rd full row. He brings it to the front. We did not test drive the car, it wasn't checked out before I bought it, it wasn't cleaned out on the inside nor washed, but the guy did fill it up with gas. Now its closing time, so the guy brings out the paperwork for me to sign and I wasn't told ow much the car was at all. I was told how much my payments were. Now I'm excited and puzzled. We get the car home, the car has 118,000 miles on it, making vibrations when coming to a stop like its about to shut off, the fan keeps going even when the car was off, now I'm xxxxxx because I get the papers in the mail saying this car is $32,000. I get if its a new car with less miles on it, but lets be real, this car isn't going to last the 6 years they gave me to pay it off. I took the car back to have it checked and they said bring it back in 0 days with a list of things that's wrong with it. Takes it back all they did was fix thermostat and tried to charge me 3/4 different amounts but I end up not having to pay, But I still have a list of things that needs to be fixed on this car and Stan wasn't trying to hear what I was telling him. I did have this car checked by another person and told stan what was needed to be fixed and asked if they can check this car out all around and stan said yes, but when I asked him what did they find, he said that the thermostat and it need new brakes and rotators. The salesman did try to help with the situation by offering to pay for the car to get repaired. I give him that. Gwatney should have took accountability for selling me this car that wasn't ready to be sold, and if not fix everything wrong with it, then they should have put me in another car, not brand new but something that has less miles that I can keep for longer then 2 years, because if that's the case, I should have went to car mart or jd byrider one of those no good places. This was very unprofessional and I can't see myself doing business here again. More
