Good price... so-so service For two days now I’ve been trying to get a hold of Jose the finance manager at the Doral store to take care of the license plate on my truck that I pu For two days now I’ve been trying to get a hold of Jose the finance manager at the Doral store to take care of the license plate on my truck that I purchased two weeks ago. I’ve left messages and I’ve heard no response... I shouldn’t have to drive all the way down to Doral to get this taken care of. Especially when I was told all I would have to do is call there and he could switch it from the temporary tag my permanent plate. I had no idea how frustrating your automated answering service / voicemail system would be ...kind of kills the positiveness of the sale. Other issue is when I bought the truck it had no gas, so right off the bat it cost me money just to get it home. You don’t discover it on the little short test drive they give you, but when you actually get on the road, my rotors are warped in the front like crazy, so that affects the drivability, it’s kind of a disappointment to be honest. And lastly, they don’t offer to detail the vehicle before you take delivery of it... they do hose it off for you, but that’s it. I spent five hours the Saturday after I got it cleaning up the inside and outside of the vehicle so at least it look like I got a new car. That too was a disappointment .The only reason I would recommend this dealership is because the prices are decent, but remember you do get what you pay for. More

Anyhow, I just came back home from HGreg in Doral and let me tell you, what a sour experience that was. A gentleman named Ronald contacted me earlier today telling me that the car I saw a couple of days ago was available and he scheduled an appointment for 7:30 pm. I get to the dealership at around 7:20 only to find out that the car was sold. The salesperson, Eduardo Yoma, didn't even apologize. He just told us that it was sold an hour before (very, very FISHY) At any rate, I was going to take a look at two more Camaros on HGreg tonight. But after this unsavory experience with Eduardo, sadly, I won't be doing any business with HGreg. I mean, if they consider themselves to be a respectful car dealer operation, and not one filled with sharks, they could have at least call to let us know that the car had been sold. They really don’t seem to care about potential customers. And the salesperson, Eduardo, what an @$$%$#%$#, pardon my French Somebody I know recommended this dealer. When returning the following Monday, had to wait again to get the service department to fix the problems, when I was told they would get me in and out because of work. I probably would not go back because of this. The car was priced reasonably and in excellent shape, which is why I went there to begin with. Crazy,crazy, experience. More

Lie and poor follow through When I bought the car, I was told the car had arrived at the dealership with only one key. A couple of days later I found the intake report that clear When I bought the car, I was told the car had arrived at the dealership with only one key. A couple of days later I found the intake report that clearly states the carr was received at the dealership with all keys. I reached out to the dealership they asked me to send an email and I have yet to receive a response. Their carelessness is now going to cost me a couple hundred dollars to replace the 2nd key and the valet key. To make matters worse I get a call from the dealer at 1 telling that I need to contact the finance company. Turns out that the dealership was late to deliver them all the paperwork and that the delayed the employment verification and if they did not get employment verification by the end of the day they would not fund the deal. With such a tight window I contacted the dealership again to check on my options and again no response. I call the finance company again and they managed to get me a 24hr extension. My HR team expedited the verification and completed the deal by noon the next day. I want to replace my other car in about 8 months. after this I doubt I will be going back to Hgreg, and it sad, because Gabriela did such a great job I was not considering going anywhere else. More
