Unlike previous car purchase experiences else where, Hagerstown Ford actually sells cars and doesnt just want to look at them on their lot. They worked with me and my budget, we came to an agreement the first time, no strong arm tactics, and I didnt have to leave and come back (or just walk out). From the time they called me until today they never called me again, unlike other dealerships who won't leave me alone. When I was ready to buy I decided to head to Hagerstown Ford because they showed me more respect. First person I ran into was James. Very calm and easy to communicate with.
