They gave us excellent value on our trades as well as a great deal on the new one. Barry's knowledge of the vehicle features was great as well. Mike made the sales process efficient and enjoyable. I would have like some price negotiation or even a thrown in baseball cap I requested; but at the end of the day, I liked the car and didn't feel like arguing over $500-$1000. They sold me the car at the internet price, financed, gave me a tag and off I went. Mike even called me to check in on the vehicle AND to wish me a happy birthday on my birthday. Although he called me by my proper first name and didn't recall I went by my middle name, I still appreciated the time he took to reach out to me. I have recommended his services to several people already and plan to continue handing out his card. Overall, very satisfied customer.

I worked with Barry when purchasing my first mercedes and my experience was wonderful. Not only was Barry knowledgable, but he was also very friendly. My husband and I became members of the Mercedes Benz family a few days ago. We had a wonder salesman by the name of Barry London. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the car. Prior to visiting Hagerstown Mercedes, we test drove several makes and models of other vehicles, but when I sat down and then test drove my new car, I instantly fell in love with it. Fantastic experience from day one. Wes was extremely responsive, friendly and helpful, while very respectful. The price was excellent for the new car, as well as the value of the trade in.
Normally I dislike the car buying process as salespeople try to pressure too much and the financial office tries to sell you products you don't need. This was absolutely NOT the case with Mercedes-Benz of Hagerstown- not only was it a non-stressful experience, but a very pleasant and positive experience.

I can be a very difficult person, and I had NEVER had a favorable car buying experience. That changed on 04/19/2013 (or at least the part about the car buying experience). I had been emailing Barry London or a few weeks about a vehicle I liked; email was my perferred contact method. Barry was prompt on reply and informative. We finally decided to drive down to take a look in person, even though I was deading the experience. From arrival to departure Barry was great; knowledgable, personable and everything else I had never experienced while buying a vehicle. Negotiation was painless and fair. My trade was valued fairly and not nit-picked for every blemish and bump. We were mostly in shock being treated in such a friendly and fair manner. We agreed to the deal and then met Rob for the paperwork and payment. Thought things would go down hill from here, but it did not. The pleasant experience continued. Rob had even readjusted our deal so we paid a little less; wow. Barry gave us an overview of some of the features and changes from my previous model (things I would normally have to figure out myself, or look in the manual); spending all the time we needed until we were satisified. Great experience from start to finish. I even gave Barry a little hug when I left and I apologized for being difficult in my emails. Will I be going back - YES. Would I recommend - I will, and I have already. And be sure to ask for Barry!
