I dropped my car for service primarily for a specific problem, loud and vibration seemingly under hood. The tech said he test drove and all was well, but he suggested new tires and balance. I thought may problem, loud and vibration seemingly under hood. The tech said he test drove and all was well, but he suggested new tires and balance. I thought maybe the tires were the problem. I picked up the car and $2500 later and the problem still exists. Now I need to return and find another tech and test drive it with him. I am concerned that the engine may get damaged or driving is unsafe. This is my second of two nearly identical cars I bought from you, 300,000 miles driven and I know when something is not right. Deplorable service and pompous demeanor in service. They had my vehicle for over 3 weeks because the key could not be recognized in the vehicle. $1300 in diagnosis fees and service and It still was not They had my vehicle for over 3 weeks because the key could not be recognized in the vehicle. $1300 in diagnosis fees and service and It still was not working. I decided to not go through with additional charges and have the vehicle towed elsewhere. They were informed of this. When the tow truck arrived the car was still completely taken apart and not pick up ready. This forced the tow truck driver to leave and cost me another $150 down the drain. When I called and spoke with Chuck, the service manager, his response was “we were at lunch” the tow truck driver could have waited. As if everyone works on his time. As if I didn’t just pay $1300 for the car not to be fixed after 3 weeks. If you work hard for your money, take your vehicle elsewhere. Not only are they incompetent, they lack basic customer service skills such as being able to say “I’m sorry for the inconvenience”. More
