Horrible customer service. I have been back twice since buying a 70k GMC Sierra. They installed the cooling fans for the seats and the parking sensors. I had questions because it wasn’t working right. No less than 20 min. driving off the lot,, I returned and the service advisor told me sorry about your luck make another Appointment. I swore then I wouldn’t spend a dime of my own money since. Then, the front grill deflector recall. Tried to get them to order it while in VA. The sent me to parts, then service, then hung up. Guess what? I drove back to Moore GMC to get the recall. Horrible people. They should have the dealership yanked More

I'm gonna give them half the rating because I take ownership is dissatisfaction. Went there the look at a car a high end car! First mistake is not letting me test drive the 70,000.00 car. How do you interest buyers if they can't even text the car before purchase ! Then after paperwork was completed they called after I sent a message to the sales lady I won't mention by name telling her that I changed my mind ! Not 5 minutes later the finance manger calls me and tells me to come pick up the car. I took my time to think about it ! Next day we have a snow storm, closing all areas for 2 days. Then the morning after the storm I receive a email from the sales lady asking me could she answer any further questions ! I decided to call her and tell her that I would be by today and she tells me, " her finance manager don't know his name don't care really, the guy set up a buy for the car meanwhile I'm thinking they are closed because of the weather ! Then she had to nerve to ask me was I interested in a suv ! Why HE Double Hockey Sticks No !!!! I asked the sales lady's, " was he gonna call Me? She replied , " he said he tried to call you several times ", which was a crock, and he left no message ! So therefore I cannot recommend this place and I won't be back. Sort of like snake oil ! I do accept my wrong in this transaction! I took the time to think about it and get ahold of my insurance to check rates. All for nothing, I will take great pleasure going to another dealership! Could not even get a test drive ! Got a finger for ya ! More

Drum Roll Please.Today is Jan. 13th and my truck is ready it only took 2months and 13days.After contacting Chevy Int.They said they would give me a free oil change for my inconvience.How thought.ful.When i was told will see about getting it fixed now i understand. Janet Pineman was most helpful and knowledgeable. Service desk needs to give customers an estimate of how long a job might take. Was not expecting the free oil change to take 2 1/2 hours. Sierra Service desk needs to give customers an estimate of how long a job might take. Was not expecting the free oil change to take 2 1/2 hours. Sierra is a nice truck but the Onstar stuff is too expensive, complicated, and redundant if you have an iPhone. Ratings were a result of how I felt treated overall. The hard working technicians doing the work I’m sure deserve a much higher grade. More
