Support beyond expected. Well beyond the normal. I had issues with external finish tape features. This dealership went to bat with Dodge and redid the factory installed tape. Will Edwards was my point of contact and he clearly spelled out my next steps to g I called Haley Dodge inquiring on a Charger Scat Pack I saw online. Will Edwards was my point of contact and he clearly spelled out my next steps to get the car I wanted at the advertised price. He worked with the Haley team in a timely fashion and the next thing I know I was able to put a deposit on my car. I took the Amtrak from Philadelphia and made my way to the dealership. Sheldon Hogan was the sales rep who took me on my test drive and made sure my requests were met, with no hesitation. He wanted to make me happy. Vince was the finance guy who was polite, not pushy and again worked hard to work out the financial details. The Scat Pack was detailed beautifully and I made my way home on the 4 hour drive back to Philadelphia on a sunny 60 degree day in March.
