Will was great! Good afternoon, My vehicle purchase started with an inquiry with Will Edwards at Haley. I called and spoke to him about a 2015 Jeep Compass for my Good afternoon, My vehicle purchase started with an inquiry with Will Edwards at Haley. I called and spoke to him about a 2015 Jeep Compass for my wife. After speaking with Will, I decided to drive down to the dealership to test drive the vehicle. Will was excellent. Will was very laid back and allowed me to drive the vehicle over to my wife's work where she had a short break to inspect the vehicle and sit in it. After driving the vehicle for about 3 hours I returned it to the dealership and told Will that I would discuss it with my wife and get back with him. Will was great and laid back which I really liked. Will was not pushy and trying to force a sale. He took a great approach on the vehicle buying process. His personality truly shines in his job. I appreciate this because at other dealerships they do not treat the customer this way. It is a very pushy environment and when that occurs I shut down and walk away. I can't speak more highly of Will Edwards. The vehicle was in excellent condition and was the perfect fit for my wife. We returned the following day to purchase the vehicle. I already had financing set up and was planning on using that financing, but Chris Price was able to get a lower rate and I opted in for that financing. I must say the finance and insurance part of the process was not the most comfortable and enjoyable, but Chris did respond with a decent interest rate on the vehicle. I initially opted in for the extnended warranty and GAP addendum which I was hesitant to begin with, but cancelled it a few short days later. Chris processed the request and submitted the information, but wasn't happy I told him I was refinancing with USAA. I would definately go to Will Edwards again, but would stick with my USAA financing in the future. I gave the dealership a 4 star rating due to Will Edwards and his great laid back personality. I will definately use them again for a vehicle provided Will is still around. Please feel free to contact me directly with any questions you may have regarding my experience. Awesome Customer Service I had visited a previous Jeep dealer the week before and was very upset when I found out that they had not ordered my Jeep from the factory and now wa I had visited a previous Jeep dealer the week before and was very upset when I found out that they had not ordered my Jeep from the factory and now wanted me to drive back to the dealership to sign paperwork (60 mile trip). I contacted Haley Auto via their online customer service and received a live human response (not computer generated) within 30 mins. I spent most of the afternoon talking back and forth with Brian Raffetto via email and faxing him the build out sheet from the other dealer. He contacted me that night to tell me he had the Jeep I was looking for, I was floored. I showed up the next Saturday and it was amazing how the atmosphere was at Haley. I did not feel like I was 'putting him out' by asking lots of questions about the Jeep. Brian went above and beyond to help me. He was never pushy and truly cared about what I thought and wanted. Needless to say, I drove out with my new Jeep. Chris Price in the billing department was awesome also. He looked for the best rates for me and helped me understand all the paperwork I was signing. Saw the car I wanted and Josh helped me to get it! I was online searching for a pre-owned Cadillac CTS and saw it at Haley. Went to the dealership, asked the dealer if they had it, and they did! I was very specific about the color as it needed to match my other vehicles, so I had to find one since there were none in the immediate area. The closest one that met all of my needs was in Connecticut, and another dealership informed me they could not get this vehicle for me, but Will at Haley said 'No problem' and within a week I had the truck. It was a very easy going experience, with no sales pressure and a very friendly atmosphere. I highly recommend Haley and Will when you need a new vehicle. More

Bought a Wrangler I visited several Jeep dealerships around town and had the same stereotypical experience at each of them; the salesperson would try and small talk me, I visited several Jeep dealerships around town and had the same stereotypical experience at each of them; the salesperson would try and small talk me, had to meet with the manager, had to give out my price point, yada yada yada. To be fair, I wasn't in a great mood when Haley and I opened up discussions but I felt more comfortable there than any other dealership. The salesman spoke to me like a person and simply laid out the details and let me make the choice instead of trying to push me for information and stumble through a conversation. I was very pleased with the atmosphere there although I do wish the "paperwork" portion of it could have been wrapped up in less time. However, signing that many times is just gonna take a while I guess. More

My experience at Haley was by far the best car buying experience that I have had in years. No pressure. No hassle. Will Edwards is an excellent salesman and strives to make the customer happy. Did not mind taking a few moments to make sure I mastered the soft top :) Addressed my concerns with the 'We Owe' as touch ups were done as scheduled, but had questions about the actual detailing. Reschedule in progress. I understand that my Jeep will see surf and sand...but just wanted that 'new-ness' for at least a week :) Oh and he was right on about fellow Wrangler owners. You don't see that with Hyundai or Toyota. More
