The young gentleman, Mr. Albert Lee, that helped me purchase my vehicle was very friendly, polite, and kind. When I went to purchase my vehicle, which was on a rainy and cold day, he was very patient a purchase my vehicle was very friendly, polite, and kind. He showed me what was in my price range and offered his honest opinion on each vehicle that I showed interest in. He also went as far as taking me to another brother dealer to get the vehicle that I ended up purchasing while negotiating the price to fall within my budget. After my purchase, Mr Lee even went as far as giving me a follow up call to make sure that the vehicle was good and a follow up email. This dealership comes highly recommended by me. More

Albert was an awesome salesperson. We originally only went to look and Albert was very patient with us and continued to give us information even though at the time we had decided not to buy. We went to another dealership to look and the salesman was very pushy and then very nonchalant when we said we weren't buying. We ended up coming back to Toyota to test-drive 2 different cars and when we were done, Albert gave us time to talk amongst ourselves to decide what we wanted to do. Once we decided to go with the Toyota Yaris, Albert walked us through the whole process and was very patient while we scrambled to get all the required parts together since we were in no way prepared to buy a car. on top of that, we got a great price/interest rate for a first-time buyer with no cosigner. They were nice enough to give us the monthly price after adding in the extended warranty and etch service so we weren't mislead by what we were paying. So a day that we had planned just to look around turned into us buying a car, much in part to Albert's great salesmanship. All in all, we had a great experience at Toyota and would recommend it highly to others looking to buy either a new or old car. More

We knew what we were looking for and Albert told us over the phone that he had the exact same van that we had just lost in an accident last month.
