I was disappointed because the sales person did not inform me that the 2023 Rav4 I purchased in June 2024 is not Certified! Now, I'm having problems and the sales manager was supposed to have the gene inform me that the 2023 Rav4 I purchased in June 2024 is not Certified! Now, I'm having problems and the sales manager was supposed to have the general manager call me. Now, two weeks later and still no call, no response. Buyer beware!!! I'm thinking of getting rid of this car and would advise caution if you do go to Haley. I liked the car initially but am very disappointed in the sales department-service at Haley is great which is why I gave 2 stars. More

Haley was exceptional in helping me get the Camry XSE. I am deaf and but they helped me through the process. Buying a car is a huge issue but Haley Toyota really helped me with most everything.
