We came in to purchase a 2026 Honda CRV hybrid so Tanisha pulled up the sport trail and the sport L with the same color and she told both 2026 Honda CRV hybrid sport trail and the 2026 Honda hybrid sport L a pulled up the sport trail and the sport L with the same color and she told both 2026 Honda CRV hybrid sport trail and the 2026 Honda hybrid sport L are very similar and the sport L has an added alarm feature when backing too close to an object or wall which the trail sport does not have. We did a test drive for the Sport L and then negotiated the sport L out the door price. Everything is good to this point while we are waiting for ceramic coating and the finance department to process the paperwork. When we got to the finance department and after signing some documents that is when we realized they are selling us a 2025 Honda crv hybrid sport L not the 2026 model so I told the finance guy this is a mistake and he told me what is wrong with the 2025 model because it is the same as the 2026 model. I told him it is not the same because we negotiated the 2026 model. I don’t know why he even try to persuade us it is the same when it is not. We got so upset so I walked out the door and then Tanisha came to me and said we can sell you a 2026 model for a higher price. I can’t believe this dealership is so dishonest and try to pull a fast one on us and hoping that we would not know that we would sign to purchase a 2025 model instead model 2026. We walked out the dealer around 9:00PM after spending more than 4 hours on the July 4th weekend. Prior coming to the dealer, I texted Tanisha that I want an out the door price for 2026 Honda CRV hybrid sport L so this is not an honest mistake on their part but clearly deceptive. Someone in Honda corporate needs to take a look into this dealership. Buyer beware. More

Dee, is one of the best sales associates I’ve experience! I bought three new cars in the last 4 weeks, and she was outstanding! She got us the best deal, no hassling. I forgot to mention, I live three hours away so it was 6 hours total drive, but well worth it!!! More
