From the Sales Manager, General Manager, Finance Manager and the sales staff, everyone was amazing from being very knowledgeable and team oriented. My fiancé and I have definitely made our friends aware to check out Hall Mazda for future vehicle purchases. We are also considering purchasing the Mazda 3 Turbo series hatchback in the future. Product knowledge and customer service seemed natural. to Joshua and Isaiah. - Joseph , General Sales Manager and Finance were definitely calm, fair leaders. They made the purchase process work through their salesmen and customer interface. Plus the General Sales Manager understanding when I noted three things that would make me “feel”” good about the purchase. We as customers can be understanding and not demanding which allows a dealership that operated as I saw. The vehicle was just what we wanted and the couple of things agreed sealed the buy. Dealer focus on process including initial list of questions made sense especially as Isaiah calmly and professional noted reference the questions to start. He noted the list of questions allows the dealership to understand and respond to all customers. Thank you. Good job More

After experiencing numerous phone calls previous to purchasing a new 2025 Mazda, now that the sale is complete, w people, specifically Robert Pena. After experiencing numerous phone calls previous to purchasing a new 2025 Mazda, now that the sale is complete, with problems associated with final paperwork, it has been extremely difficult in solving said problem. Contact with RP has been minimal at least. Seems like once the sale has been done, the interest in customer satisfaction drops off dramatically. You've definitely lost this customer. More
After getting into a car accident and the driver at fault totaled my fully paid off car…I was looking for a preowned vehicle I could afford. I ended up looking at a new pretty sparkly blue 2025 Mazda 3, and with the help of Robert and the General Manager Richard, they helped me realize that the payment was about the same for a brand new vehicle verses something preowned. They gave me a deal that I could not pass up and I am so happy!!!! More

Bought a 2025 CX90 over the phone, like I always do. I have never had a problem doing this until I bought a Mazda. They are about 10 years behind Toyota and Honda on features. I let my workers look at t I have never had a problem doing this until I bought a Mazda. They are about 10 years behind Toyota and Honda on features. I let my workers look at this car and all of them said they would rather keep their 2012 and 2016 cars over this one. It is not intuitive or up with the generation. Don't put screens in a car if you can't touch them. That is the easiest way to control everything. Your center console dial is the worst design and will cause people to crash trying to figure out how to use it. Also who doesn't put sirius xm as a standard in vehicles? To someone who has been driving and buying cars for over 20 years, this car is the worst I have ever owned. After an hour in this car your butt and legs go numb, don't bother trying to work the radio or anything else with a dial. Tried to get back my 2022 honda pilot instead of this car because my pilot has better features and its older. By the way it took me e tries to get my car started this morning and once it started my safety features didn't work. I called the dealership and they said that was normal. In no world is that normal. Safety features should work as soon as the car comes on, not 30 minutes after driving More
As a whole, this location was unprofessional, pressure you for after market/service packages, and very slow compared to other dealerships in getting the paperwork completed.
