We contacted them over the internet and did all of our correspondence by computer. We had driven the vehicle we wanted but could not find the color we wanted in our area so we did a search. Charles Barker had the exact vehicle we wanted and gave us the price we wanted too! All of the staff was extremely nice to work with, no high pressure and very good about explaining all of the steps to us. We contacted them on a Monday, drove down to the dealership on Sunday and picked up the Highlander. It was about an hour to finish paper work and they took the time to give us a great "tutorial" on all of the features of our new vehicle. We have never had such quick and easy dealings with any dealership and we have purchased many vehicles over the past 40 years. We definitely recommend this dealership. More

He seemed to read my mind and offered me discounts before I even had the chance to ask. I was expecting the typical sell the add ons from the business manager. Boy was I surprised! Chris Hilliker was polite, knowledgeable, and business savvy. He suggested things to me that actually saved me money on the bottom line. He by far is the best business manager I have ever dealt with. If I could I would give them much more than the 5 star rating. He was the ONLY salesman that got back to me with everything I asked and I visited a LOT of other dealerships. Ray was very nice, courteous, ,personable and I never felt pressured to buy anything unlike other places I visited. He also gave me the best price. After going over all my options I ended up buying a new 2017 Rav4 Hybrid from Ray. The purchasing process was smooth, painless and they also gave me the price I asked for on my trade in vehicle.
