The test drive was great and they kept their word to fix some minor upholstery issues upon purchase at no extra charge even though in the end it couldn't be fixed and they had to reupholster the seat (still at no cost to us). While they were working on the upholstery issue, they gave us a loaner car so that our work day wouldn't be inconvenienced. The salesperson (Paul Bunch) was very good at sticking within the limitations and parameters we set as far as what I was looking for and price point. Paul was great to work with and followed up with me every step of the way. Even checked in a week or so after purchase just to make sure I was happy with the car. I highly recommend them and would purchase from them again in the future. More

Our salesperson was professional and made it easy for me to ask all my questions (I hadn't bought a car in 16 years). His answers were well informed. The car hadn't been detailed yet and there was some mix up in that area causing a wait much too long which is why there are only 4 stars. Though our sales person even rolled up his sleeves and went over there to help get it done which is another point in his favor. More

We are not rich but simple and hard working folks that save hard and buy the best of what we could afford for our family (the type that's rarely comfortable going into a car dealership lest we be uncomfortable and ripped off). Our exceptional sales associate Mr. Ray Aiden especially made the experience great, easy and comfortable enough for us to buy our daughter's car right there on the spot (even as they were only the 1st dealer we visited for her car amidst calling others too).
