Roadside assistance Called Halleen Kia for roadside assistance at about 10am on a weekday and was successfully transferred to Roadside Assistance. I was surprised to get Called Halleen Kia for roadside assistance at about 10am on a weekday and was successfully transferred to Roadside Assistance. I was surprised to get a message that all lines were busy, so I had to leave a message. After waiting an hour and 10 minutes for Roadside Assistance to call me back, I called Halleen back. They stayed on the line while they successfully connected me to Roadside Assistance. After a brief conversation with the Roadside Assistance rep, my confidence that they would help me in timely manner was so low that I decided to end the call and find someone else to help me. The staff at Halleen has always been helpful, but my experience with the Roadside Assistance program was very poor. More

My husband, Mark, and I were very satisfied with our dealings at Halleen Kia. We traded in our 2007 Kia Spectra Kia Rio.Mark and Jim were extremely helpful, and the deal went smoothly and we were easily dealings at Halleen Kia. We traded in our 2007 Kia Spectra Kia Rio.Mark and Jim were extremely helpful, and the deal went smoothly and we were easily guided through the process. We thought we were treated fairly and got a very good deal. Jim went out of his way to explain all the features on the new car.
