I am very disappointed with my recent service experience at Volkswagen Hamilton. Earlier, I used to service my vehicle at the Princeton Volkswagen Service Center, and they always handled everything with pro at Volkswagen Hamilton. Earlier, I used to service my vehicle at the Princeton Volkswagen Service Center, and they always handled everything with professionalism and attention to detail. I never faced any issues there. However, my experience at the Hamilton location was not up to the expected Volkswagen service standards. Even after completing the service, the dashboard/service reminder was not reset, and it continued showing pending service. I had to visit the service center again and request them to update it, which should have been done correctly the first time. Additionally, at Princeton VW, they always provided complementary services such as vacuuming and a basic car wash, which made the overall experience feel premium and customer-friendly. Unfortunately, at Volkswagen Hamilton, none of these were done, and the overall service felt incomplete and careless. Due to this poor experience, I have given a 1-star rating, and moving forward, I will most likely return to the Princeton VW Service Center even though it is farther for me, because I value professional and complete service. I hope Volkswagen Hamilton improves their service quality and attention to basic details in the future. More

I knew my next car would be a Tiguan, and upgrading from a small 2016 Mercedes sedan to this newly redesigned, high-tech SUV was the perfect move. The redesign is absolutely beautiful. Sohail Morris took the time to walk me through all the features and made sure I felt completely comfortable with my decision. He, along with sales manager John Brown, was knowledgeable, professional, and never pushy. Working with Karlie in finance was easy and straightforward. As a woman, I especially appreciated how respectful and transparent the entire team was. Highly recommend this dealership if you’re in the market for a Volkswagen! More
