I was very comfortable dealing with him. when it came in he call me and I came in and he sat in the truck with me and showed me all the function of the truck, and said to call or come in if I had any questions about the truck. very pleasent dealing with him. I wrote a review to discuss a horrible customer service experience. John reached out to offer his contact information to resolve the matter.
