I have been using this service center for more than 20 years for service on my Landcruiser and 2 Priuses and have been generally quite satisfied with a few minor glitches. However, when I recently took in years for service on my Landcruiser and 2 Priuses and have been generally quite satisfied with a few minor glitches. However, when I recently took in my 2013 Prius for its 60000 miles service I was shocked to find that they charged me over 1500 dollars for it. The car was running fine, never had any issues, a great car. I was told that this was because the was the „most major“ service. Nothing they did to this car, all routine actions like oil change, tire rotation, filter exchange and the like justified a labor charge of over $ 1000. I am too busy with other things to fight with them over this, but Iknow I have been had and will certainly not take this car in for any further service appointments with this dealership. More

George does an excellent job providing service to me. He is very courteous and he always lets me know what needs to be done on my cars. Because of George I bring both of my Toyotas in for service every 50 is very courteous and he always lets me know what needs to be done on my cars. Great Service however needs to give rides for customers Brought my car in for a recall and oil change. I needed a ride back home and they had to have known their driver doesn't start until 9:30 AM but made Brought my car in for a recall and oil change. I needed a ride back home and they had to have known their driver doesn't start until 9:30 AM but made me wait for awhile before calling Lyft for me. Lyft drivers cancelled twice on me and finally the third driver picked me up. It took me an hour from the time I checked my car in to have someone drive me home. This is poor customer services! More
AWFUL, JUST AWFUL Not enough space here to tell all, but simply run far away from this place if you need your car serviced! Our problems: flat tire with nail, check engine light on, oil change and cruise control not working. Thought we'd try the dealership because of the age of the car and the cruise control issue. Big mistake. Big. We ended up getting nothing fixed but the oil change and still had to pay $200 to get out of there! AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE! We took it over to Bernard's on Rowe Pl. on recommendations from a friend and guess what? Best decision EVER! Bernard's was great! Fixed flat tire that Hanlee's said could not be repaired for $20. They checked the rim that Hanlee's told us was bent, but guess what? It wasn't! The sensor that Hanlee's diagnosed for $160, Bernard's could replace for much less, but told us that other than affecting gas mileage a bit it otherwise doesn't affect the operation of the vehicle and that if we wanted to wait until it was absolutely necessary to get the check engine light off (smog check) that would be fine. Ugh. Soooo wish we had just brought the car to Bernard's in the first place. Now we know. We'll be using Bernard's from now on. More
