I researched Toyota Cars online at several different dealers. Hanlees of Fairfield, had a used Corolla which I liked, I thought it was a Hybrid model, but when I got to the dealership, I realized I had dealers. Salesperson Julio and sales manager Alberto did not let me leave disappointed; they worked together researching their inventory. My experience started out frustrating with first salesperson however when I switched to Brad things went smooth. He followed up in a timely manner and was very responsive to all my questions. He kep salesperson however when I switched to Brad things went smooth. He followed up in a timely manner and was very responsive to all my questions. He kept me informed throughout the process. My only complaint is the time it took to process all the paperwork due to the antiquated equipment used to complete the paperwork. There needs to be a serious update in the equipment used to process the sale. More
