I came in for service was told I had a nail in my tire. I asked the advisor about fixing the tire., she told me they do not patch tires and I had to buy a new one. They checked my tires and said there were no nails in my tire. It has been fine ever since and I will not return to your dealership because of this my question is do you advisor work on commission? Even with an appointment it took 2 1/2 hours to have the oil change and the tires rotated. More importantly after I used my card at the dealership to pay I began to receive spam calls.
