The experience I had at Hardy GMC was very likely the best car buying experience I have ever had. Billy Barnett went above and beyond to make the typically stressful and nerve-racking morass of buying a best car buying experience I have ever had. Billy Barnett went above and beyond to make the typically stressful and nerve-racking morass of buying a vehicle pleasant. Billy had no problem dealing with my very particular and demanding requests and went so far as to be available to me late at night and even when he was off. It is very clear why Billy Barnett has spent the last 24 years selling cars, because he understands that the process is about making the customer feel as good after the purchase as they did before it. Like Mr. Barnett, Don Baines tolerated my numerous questions with great patience and worked with me to strike a deal that we found mutually beneficial. I felt more like a friend than a customer, and Don worked hard to get me a deal that left me feeling like I was satisfied with the transaction. Natalie connected me with Billy Barnett, and by doing so was the perfect liason between the unknowing consumenr and the educated expert. By being a conduit to individuals like Don and Billy, Natalie quickly realized what I needed and got me there. I was not a number to her, I was a friend, and she treated me as such. Overall these fine individuals did their jobs with such expertise and aplomb that they should not only be commentded, but these should be monitarily rewarded for their excellence. I am not sure if upper management or even the esteemed Mr.Hardy will see this post, but if he does, he should know the expertise and professionalism that is exuded by these fine employees. This was my first visit to Hardy Chevrolet and I was very impressed with the service as well as the appearance of the dealership. Billy Barnett was very attentive to what I wanted in my new truck. I was impr impressed with the service as well as the appearance of the dealership. Billy Barnett was very attentive to what I wanted in my new truck. I was impressed that I was able to have my new truck delivered to me at work after the running boards were installed. This was a very good truck buying experience for me and Billy's follow up phone call the next day inquiring about my new truck and my experience or questions regarding my purchase was an added plus. Very nice truck buying experience and I would definately recommend this dealership to others. More

I contacted Brad Wilson at the dealership expressing an interest in purchasing a new GMC Acadia.The color we wanted was not available at the dealership. Brad was very helpful in locating the Acadia with th interest in purchasing a new GMC Acadia.The color we wanted was not available at the dealership. Brad was very helpful in locating the Acadia with the color and options we wanted.He located the vehicle the same day. We were able to purchase the vehicle with very little hassle. The paperwork had been been completed before we arrived. We were then able to drive our vehicle and sign the paperwork. Our grandchildren were with us and they made them feel at home by offering them drinks and the use of their lounge. Overall, the entire process was a pleasant experience and I will recommend Hardy to my friends and family. More

Robert was great .... no presure, just great service !! The Sales Mananger and Finanice Manager were great as well (cant remember their names) I have often hear the commerical on the radio ....
