This is the second car or truck that I have purchased from Hardy Chevrolet. I recently purchased a Buick Verano from Bill Barnett and he was always available to answer my questions, his follow through wa from Hardy Chevrolet. From the time I entered your property we were met by a member of your 'team' almost immediately. I had been given Don Baines name by a good friend from my church. I was greeted by him in a timely manner considering he was working with several people on different phases of sales. He asked Robert Ard to directly help us in the 'shopping' process. I could not have been more pleased with his manner and personability. My daughter was with me in this process and they took her under their wing and treated her as a friend. Most of all I was simply overwhelmed with them making me at home and comfortable. Don and Robert are truly valued employees of yours as all your people seemed to be. I will continue to be a customer to Hardy. I wouldnt buy a vehicule from any other dealership. My family shops there and no where else. The staff is friendly, supportive and they try to accomadate you as mu a vehicule from any other dealership. My family shops there and no where else. I had a great experience. The staff were very nice. I was asked several times if we needed a drink or anything else. From the moment we entered Hardy Dealership we felt at home. Everyone was very kind and willing to help. They make you feel like you are the only customer in the office. The finance team was great. Paul Lindsey is our hero. We didn't have the best credit but that didn't matter to Paul. He worked very hard for us and stayed with us through it all.
