My Review Of Harper Acura:

My experience at Harper Acura has been nothing short of smiles and sunshine thanks to R. Jay Prusik, a service consultant employed there. Service Consultant really doesn't come close to describing R. Jay. He is helpful in EVERY department and faucet of Harper Acura as a brand. R. Jay instills the trust I have in Acura from the inside out. He makes me feel secure in my choice to not only service my Acura at Harper, he instigates a desire to continue purchasing cars from Harper Acura. This is no easy feat, I can assure you!
There are several aspects that one seeks when completing a business transaction with another; honesty, integrity and follow-up. R. Jay could teach others within the auto industry a thing or two in these categories! When he told me I needed new brakes, tires and a power steering pump, he explained it all in such a way that I would not want to take my car anywhere else for my service/products. The level of sincerity and honesty he embodies when he speaks completely assures you that you're in the most exact perfect place you could be. When I told R. Jay I was considering trading up on my car, he asked the right questions, then proceeded to answer my questions and thoughts, some before I even asked him! His knowledge of the Acura brand will give you a wonderful sense of security, particularly when considering trading what you currently have for another Acura.
After my experience with R. Jay, I will DEFINITELY be trading my current Acura for another Acura. He has secured not only an Acura customer for life, a Harper customer for life. Thank you Harper and thank you, R. Jay.

He was very polite and helpful, had my car ready at the time it was promised. He made a special effort to get me information on the new cars. In general very helpful and courteous.

Harper Acura in Knoxville has always been an honest, dependable car dealership. I appreciate that they treat their customers with respect and have no hidden agendas. They make buying a new car much easier and more relaxed. Mark Cauthen, our sales associate, was a pleasure to work with. He is very knowledge about the car I purchased and encouraged questions. Andy Dean was also very friendly and professional. Our past experience with the service department has always been positive. Our family looks forward to doing business with Harper Acura.

My Review Of Harper Acura:

My experience buying my car was wonderful. Being greeted when walking in and the friendliness of the staff was exceptional. I was not pressured by anyone. In fact I left and was impressed that when I called back was able to make the deal over the phone. Apprecipated the fact that the salesman did not have to bring in someone to pressure me at the dealership. When I picked my car up everything was ready to go. Was given options for extended warranty but no pressure. Salesman was very helpful and explained everything in an understanding manner. This is a top-notch dealership and I will definately recommend to my friends and family.

My Review Of Harper Acura:

Mark Cuathen was excellent! I had never owned an Acura and was going that day to buy a Ford!! My husband and I met Mark, he was so patient and informative, we were sold that day!! The option packages are so easy to decipher because most of the bells and whistles are standard. We loved the no haggle experience and feel we were given everything we asked for. Angela in finance was wonderful as well and explained the paperwork without dragging the process out. When I picked up my MDX, Mark was sure to go over all of the features with me. He has followed up with me since the sale and has answered my phone calls when I had follow up questions-never had to leave a message! I will be back to Harper Acura, 1st Class all the way!!

Mark Cauthen did an excellent job explaining and presenting the features, specifications and qualities of my new Acura TL without pressuring or trying to rush the sale. He wanted me to be happy with whatever make or model I decided to purchase. I have and will recommend Mark Cauthen and Harper Acura to my friends!
