We dealt with sales rep. Rosemarie. I had explained to her I live 2.5 hours away and could not easily make the drive to look at a 2014 F-150 XLT and asked if we could FaceTim Rosemarie. While on the call, we asked if there was any damage, she replied no, then I mentioned damage I knew about due to the pictures and she back tracked. She tried to hide a tear on the bed cover, as well as a very evident 1 inch tall bead of flex seal that ran across the entire rim of the truck bed. We decided to drive the 2.5 hours to look at the truck and immediately noticed significant rust when we pulled up; so significant in fact that when you look at the tire tread, your eyes are immediately attracted to the rust behind it. There was no way she didn’t see it. Sales rep. Rosemarie was more than fine with waisting a total of 5 hours out of 3 people’s day, in an attempt to make a sale. Disappointing and unprofessional. I was coming from Georgia and he communicated with me a lot and we set up the sale as much as possible beforehand. On the day of the sale, he made everything go smoothly. Dennis Treptow, the finance manager, made that process very easy. Allen Brooks, the general manager, talked with me to make sure that I was happy with everything.
