My Review of Harte Infiniti:
I came to Harte Infiniti looking for an FX45 or FX35. The sales associates were very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, when I went out to test drive the car, I was prohibited from driving the vehicle because I was only 19 (never had a problem anywhere else). I drove about one hour and fifteen minutes to get to the dealership only to find this out. <br>So I was able to ride in the car, liked it, and then went back home to think it over in between driving other vehicles. The sales person was very attentive, calling almost everyday asking about my status on the car. When I told him I'd have to drive it to find out, he said they could work that out easily. I didn't feel like driving the distance again to go down and drive a car for ten minutes. Apparently it didn't work out the first time because the salesman I worked with was a newbie and didn't know not to tell the boss about the clients he was taking out. <br>I would recommend this dealership, as the only problem I had was with not being able to test drive the vehicle, which shouldn't an issue for too many people (there was an incident, however, only a few days before I got there where this had happened). The sales staff was friendly, if inexperienced, and had an aire of professionalism.
