My Review of Harvest Sugarland:
I bought a '98 Ford Explorer at this dealer in August 1998. I was not given clear guidance on the Extended Service Plan (NEVER buy an extended warranty or service contract!) and I have never gotten an acceptable response for requests for copies of the sales paperwork after my truck was burglarized in 1999. The follow-up of the dealers and management is extremely poor. Their administrative organization is dismal. I quote a service manager from 1999. "Oh, we have a whole warehouse full of papers strewn wherever. It's a mess." Avoid this dealership at all costs!
