Now March 2021 went back to them, but this time looking for a pickup truck, talked to john and after looking thru his computer and showing me a few trucks he helped find one that suited my needs and had the features I requested and I settle for a 2021 F150 4x4 sport, john was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain all the features this truck has cuss believe me they make this things like space ships now days! I purchased my truck at Hassett Ford and the service at the Hassett Truck Center has been great. The folks in the service department are friendly and helpful. The problem is, however, there is a 30 day w the Hassett Truck Center has been great. The folks in the service department are friendly and helpful. The problem is, however, there is a 30 day wait to get a courtesy car when you leave your vehicle for service. I have never had such a problem with any other dealership. My truck had to go in for emergency warranty service, and was told there would be no loaner available for 30 days. I had two options: Leave the truck and find alternate transportation for the 2 days the truck was being serviced, or come back in 30 days and get a loaner. This is unacceptable. More
