Hatchett Hyundai is the most disorganized company I’ve ever dealt with. They don’t answer calls or return voicemails. We had to visit in person just to get any assistance. Even then, they either had no record of our visits, lost photos of our car, or had to resend information to Hyundai Motor USA. Additionally, Hyundai doesn’t stand behind their products. Their vehicles are poorly made, and they don’t take responsibility for issues. Save your money and invest elsewhere. More

It SHOULD have in all honesty been lemon lawed, however, they are making her pay $1000 to fix it and THEN going to see what the resale value will be so they can get her in a different vehicle. While waiting for it to be fixed they found MORE wrong with it!! I truly wish they would do what is right bc if this was THEIR child they would NOT stand for it for ONE second!! Come on Hatchett, start doing right by your customers!! I bought a Sonanta from Mel Hambleton Ford and it had to go to Hatchett due to them having the parts and I have NEVER had an issue with my vehicle up until this point, they fixed it and my check engine light is back on!!! Someone there is drumming up ALOT of business doing purposely shotty work on their cars and putting Hatchet at a HUGE risk for some SERIOUS lawsuits!! I know they don't care but let's start reviewing these companies and holding them accountable for the lives they affect with their lies, manipulation and truly subpar service!!! More
This dealership really helped us out in a pinch! !! While driving to Arizona for the rest of the winter and our car had some alignment issues. We called to see if they could get us in. Coy, the service manager indicated since we were traveling through, to stop by and they would do their best to work us into their packed service schedule. When we arrived, we spoke to service advisor Brogan and he was terrific. He got us into the shop immediately. He was friendly, and caring, and kept us abreast of the issue status. In about 90 minutes our repair was completed and we were on our way to AZ! The pricing was very reasonable, even discounted I think, and our Sonata ran great after the repair. Thanks to Coy, Brogan, and the Hatchett Hyundai East team!! More

Positives: They go above and beyond to make sure you have transportation and management will get involved often. They are friendly and knowledgeable. We have had to use the warranty for a transmission replacement and it went smoothly. Prices are pretty reasonable with regular services. Negatives: Service takes a long time, even for just an oil change. They don’t always do the inspections like they say...we’ve had a bad battery a day after purchase and one with alignment problems and duct tape underneath from previous owners. I got charged almost $800 when we took our dodge in for a check engine light. After we left, the problem was still there and light came on. They told us they thought it needed a new computer. We took it to a dodge service center who tested it and found out our cylinder head was bad. Hatchett did not mention until later that they usually contract worn out to another center, which would have made it easier for us. I had to call a manager at Hatchett to get them to help with the warranty company that they use. The warranty company fought everything and it turned into a two month ordeal where we had no second vehicle, and driving over two hours every morning and evening to share a vehicle. I’m still not certain the $800 repair even needed done since it still had the same problem afterwards. We have taken two Hyundai’s here and one Dodge. I forfeited the warranty on the car because I was tired of waiting two hours for oil changes. At times, they would lend me a car, but not always. More

Coy out East is awesome, Corp offices are horrible Just want to say.....that with the many many issues I have had with my car, bought at the west side lot BRAND new...Coy, at the east shop has helped m Just want to say.....that with the many many issues I have had with my car, bought at the west side lot BRAND new...Coy, at the east shop has helped me more than anyone....and that's even considering the Corp. Office does not seem to care that they sold me an unreliable car to which I have had to argue with regarding getting fixed. The west side, Michael, basically told me it's unfortunate. REALLY...on top of the many recalls to my 2013 sonota, the motor falling out while driving with my kids YES REALLY, the motor quiting while driving-strading me on the turnpike a few months later YES REALLY, down to simple stuff like my radio/screen going out...hmmm. None of this should happen on a 4 year old car!! Yes Corp continues to play the run around game with me. No apologies!!! I'm not looking for a deal or freebees, I just expect to buy a reliable car that lasts longer then 4 years. Oh and to top it off, there is another recall on my new motor...I live 30min away...this is all so inconvenient!!! Yes again no remorse from Corp. Coy has offered me more than anything, when none of it is ever his dealings. I appreciate more than anything, his professionalism, his care and his continual communication. Thank you Coy!! My experiance with the east shop has been good. West shop..not good and corp...horrible! !! So sad to see such a large company, care so little. It's kind of comical that the paperwork states they want customers to be 100%satisfied. ..FALSE!!!! More
