They told me it would be 1 1/2 hours to do and that is what it was. But, the car had not been cleaned and still had the yellow writing on the back window on the drivers side. Now I am not sure if the work got done since the car wasn't cleaned. More

I broke down on the side of the Kansas turnpike on the way from Minnesota to San Antonio with my family in the car. The service manager (Coy) sent one of their guys out with some gas in case it was a problem with the gas gauge. The technician (AJ) came out and was extremely helpful, even following us to our hotel and giving me options to continue troubleshooting the problem. Coy called me the next morning to see how things worked out, then fit my car into their schedule first thing in the morning so we could be on our way. This is a perfect example of the America we all wish for. My local Hyundai dealership in MN has treated me pretty well, but I may just come back to Wichita to buy a car from these guys. More
Sales Department is fantastic! Service....Not so much I bought a 2015 Hyundai Elantra at this location in May and the sale was fantastic. It was one of the easiest car buying experiences I have ever had. I bought a 2015 Hyundai Elantra at this location in May and the sale was fantastic. It was one of the easiest car buying experiences I have ever had. Great staff. Very attentive and full of answers. I have had the misfortune of returning to this dealership on two separate occasions for scheduled service on my car. The first was a simple oil change (first oil change). Nothing special. 3 hours of waiting and finally get done. The service manager noticed my sour looks and asked me if everything was ok. I explained it all to him and he gave me his card and said the next oil change and tire rotation was on the house and they would provide a loaner vehicle to make it up to me. I left pretty impressed with his offer to make me happier. A few days before my next appointment I sent 2 emails and attempted to contact him by phone but no response. i attended my appointment and noticed on the invoice the exact verbiage I had typed in my email about the service managers offer. Nothing was ever said to me and I am not the type to cause a scene in a business over things such as this. This service, 3 hours later cost me considerably more than I had anticipated. (Especially since it was supposed to be free) I sent a facebook message to the dealership and expressed my displeasure. They stated in their facebook message in response they would forward my complaint to the Lead Service manager for the company and he would contact me. I realize he is probably very busy so I gave it a considerable amount of time. This message was sent on October 20, 2015. Still no answer. Very disappointed. I was so happy with how the sale went, but I have been ruined by the service after the sale. I do not like doing public complaining but I want people who can make a difference to see these complaints. More

This wouldn't be so bad, but every time that I schedule an appointment, I end up sitting in the waiting room for a minimum of 90 minutes waiting. I know for a face that it does not take more than 20-25 minutes to change oil and rotate tires. If I take the time to schedule an appointment, they should make sure they can actually get my car in then, not 45 minutes later. The bad part is, that to maintain my warranty I don't have a choice but to keep coming back and getting these services done here. More

I have been deployed for the last 7 months and my wife has had trouble with our 2009 Hyundai Elantra. My wife took the car in for a noise in the rear of the car. She was told it was a bad strut, it was has had trouble with our 2009 Hyundai Elantra. My wife took the car in for a noise in the rear of the car. She was told it was a bad strut, it was covered under our extended warranty, and when it got worse she should bring it back and it would be covered under waranty. When it got worse? Was it not broke enough? What the heck kind of troubleshooting/customer service is that? I brought the car back and it turns out that the car doesn't have rear struts, it has shocks, and those aren't covered under warranty. I find it amazing that the mechanic didn't know the difference between struts and shocks. With all of the trouble my wife went through I have chosen to have the shocks replaced somewhere else; and yes it is more expensive, but I will never bring my car back to that dealer for service. I have zero confidance in the abilities of the technicians and the service managers. I have taken my car to the dealership on the other side of town(West Side), and had zero issues. This is where I will go from now on. More

I live on the East side, however, I bought my Tuscon on the West side as the East at that time was on Kellogg and I hated the location. Since they've moved, I've used the East side twice and have been very the West side as the East at that time was on Kellogg and I hated the location.
