I walked in Hayes Dodge and Chrysler looking to purchase a brand new vehicle. I walked in an meant a friendly sales guy, I told him what I was looking for and that I had been online looking and had a few em a brand new vehicle. He informed me that per their protocol I had to speak with whom ever was handling my information online I asked do I have to I would rather work with you so he checked with his boss and the guy was not there WOOOOOOOHOOOOO. It was him and I working together at that point and I was really happy b/c he was such a nice guy. We walked out on the lot an I showed him exactly what I was looking to purchase a 2013 Dodge Charger black on black fully loaded an there it was sitting on the lot, we took it for a test drive and this guy really showed me the ins and outs of this beast of a car, I was ready to sign on the dotted lines after that test drive. Long story short the guy the awesome guy I keep referring to is BOB FRIENDLY BOB THAT IS! He was great I have never had a car shopping experience that awesome he was really there for all my needs I'm sending everyone I know who needs a car to FRIENDLY BOB and not for the referral fee but because BOB is really the best, I finished my paperwork and got the keys I was so excited and so was he I gave him the BIGGEST HUGE and thanked him and drove off into the night. I will never forget FRIENDLY BOB!!!! More

Rudest after sales I have ever experienced. Smitty in the Service Dept is very rude and not helpful at all. My buying experience was good, but the service after sale was the worst. JP and Dion worked as a team and did a great job. Our expectations were met by this 2 individuals. They were easy to work, friendly and made us feel that they were interested in us. The 4 for price was due to document fees for I have never like them. That said, the Hayes team worked to get a price on 2010 and trade-in price for 2008 Honda that closed the deal. Very nice experience, no song and dance. Joe in Finance Group made that process very pleasant and worked to fine us the very best rate available . GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!!! More

mark was so very nice and helpful. he went overboard to make both me and my wife feel at ease and comfortable. buying over the internet proved to be very informative and saved me a lot of time. mark put ev make both me and my wife feel at ease and comfortable. buying over the internet proved to be very informative and saved me a lot of time. mark put everything on the table and did not use any high pressure to get us into the showroom to view and test drive the vehicle that we had picked from the internet.we had our 4 year old grandaughter with us on the visit and she simply feel in love with mark, as did my wife.he knew everything about the new dart that we were buying and had it ready to go upon our arrival.had he used high pressure i would have walked right back out the door.he is an exceptional salesperson with a great bedside manner.as for the dealership: so far everyone has bent over backwards to help us in a most courteous and proffessional manner. i really did have concerns about buying a new car and being ripped off as has happened so many times to us in the past, but that didnt happen this time. or at least not yet and i am comfortable in saying that i dont think that it will. i believe that when you spend a lot of money for a car that you should be treated as we were both treated. i can only give high marks for the dealership and the salesman at this time.we are having leather seats installed today and walt has been so very nice. that conversation from cloth seats to leather turned out to be very simple also. mark and walt worked very well together to set up nad confirm a delivery date. both my wife and myself are very excited about the leather.we will be picking the vehicle up tommorrow, and returning the rental car that the dealership has so graciously provided for us to use while the seats are converted to leather. I SEARCHED AND SEARCH EVERY OTHER CAR DEALER/ASSOCIATE NEVER CARED FOR WHAT I WAS REALLY KIM. I AM TO THE 100TH DEGREE SATISFIED WITH MY NEW VEHICLE. I SEARCHED AND SEARCH EVERY OTHER CAR DEALER/ASSOCIATE NEVER CARED FOR WHAT I WAS REALLY LOOKING FOR JUST THREW CARS AT ME. ON THE OTHER HAND JP KIM I TOLD HIM WHAT I NEEDED/WANTED AND THAT AND MORE WAS DELIVERED. JP GAVE ME OPTIONS AND KNEW HIS VEHICLES, HE WAS ABLE TO SHOW/TELL ME COMPARISONS WITHOUT LOSING MY NEEDS/WANTS. THE PROCESS WAS ABOUT 4 HOURS LONG BUT DIDN'T FEEL LIKE IT, JP MADE SURE HE CHECKED ON ME AND KEPT ME OCCUPIED WHILE WAITING FOR APPROVALS AND ALL. JP WAS FULL OF ENERGY NEVER NEGATIVE EVEN THOUGH I WAS A LITTLE WORRIED. THE END RESULT WAS MARVELOUS I WENT FROM A MARRON CRYSLER 200 THAT HAD NO SPACE LIGHT INTERIOR NO TINT OR SPECIAL FEATURE TO A STORM DODGE JOURNEY FITS 7 PASSENGERS BLACK INTERIOR PUSH TO START TOUCH SCREEN AND CAN GO ON FOR DAYS.
