I worked with Smitty on the service for my Crossfire. He was helpful, friendly, and was happy to work with my schedule. I spoke with Frank (he is my husband's service advisor) and while visiting asked his opinion on the purchase of a new car. He was helpful and very friendly. I worked with Bob once I decided to be serious with purchasing a new car. He was very kind, was willing to let me test drive different cars, look at a wide variety of cars (in the wet, cold, windy weather), and was more than happy to answer my many questions. Super nice guy! After the sale was final (2013 Patriot) he sat with me for another 15-20 minutes showing me the many features in the car and setting up a few of them. He stayed with me from start to finish. I also worked with Derek with the financing of my new car. He was friendly, helpful, and knowledgable. He answered many questions and never made me feel rushed. I purchased my last car (Crossfire) from Hayes in 2005 and my husband has purchased all of his cars for the past 20 years from Hayes. We love the service, the people, and the friendly atmosphere at Hayes. Would reccomend them to anyone! :o) More
My wife and I went to Hayes because they had the best price for the vehicle we were searching for. Not only was the price of the vehicle outstanding, their fees were cheaper than the other dealerships. price for the vehicle we were searching for. He made sure that we were getting the best deal possible. I felt as if he were truly on my team. Because the price for the van we bought was bare bones and the dealer would not concede to dropping any further. He purchased a bottle of touch up paint from his own pocket to accommodate us. After agreeing to a fair price we were brought to the finance department. This where the negative part of my experience begins. Joe in finance was deceptive and outright rude. I came in and his phone was off the hook, this I presume because he did not want to be bothered while "working out the best deal for me". After a very pushy pitch for the warranties I asked him a question to which he had to "ask someone for the answer". He grabbed the phone without hanging the it back on the hook and dialed one number. Then he proceeded to carry on a 3 minute "conversation" which resulted in a "better" deal on the warranties. After this insult to my intelligence, I declined the warranties and Joe further insulted me by condescendingly asking, "what? don't you see the value in what I am offering?" This was very rude and unprofessional for him to treat me in the tone that he did. Needless to say, I declined his financing. His response was very rude and he told me since I did not have a actual check, I would not be able to take the van home that day, in spite of the fact that my bank spoke to him, and assured him that payment would promptly be made. After speaking with my bank,(who by the way, beat their finance offer) I learned that Joe was extremely rude with the lady at my bank as well. Despite the fact that Joe from Finance was a complete and utterly unprofessional, JP's dedication to customer satisfaction and his ability to build a genuine working relationship with the customer was what won me over. I was literally to the point of walking out after talking with Joe, but JP was the one who earned out business and I could not walk out on him because of someone so ill mannered, overbearing, and manipulative. My experience at this dealership was the best experience I have ever had buying a car and I have bought a lot of cars. Dion was my salesman and he was awesome!. I LOVE the fact that he did not bother me with a bunch of phone calls and emails ( a lot of customers do not like that). Once the deal was done I was introduced to another gentleman by the name of Darius. He was also a pleasure to work with. He explained all of the paperwork to me and I never once felt like I was being rushed and he too has a great sense of humor. I am very glad that Dion and Darius were the two that I worked with for my new 2013 Sahara Unlimited. They deserve a raise and 2 weeks paid vacation! Keep up the great work! I originally had contact with Hayes and their body shop when my Honda was towed to them, as they are a preferred shop for State Farm. The service and friendliness from Robin & Todd was outstanding, so I thought I would include a Jeep as a possibility when replacing my totaled car. I visited the lot on a Saturday and met Dion. I let him know I was looking at different cars but wanted to test drive the Jeep. I spent about 30 minutes with him and told him I would be in touch. I received a follow up email from him and my decision was made. The service from Dion was outstanding, quick, friendly and professional. The same can be said for Darius Jackson in finance. I referred a friend to Dion and he made a purchase as well. This is a unique dealership and I look forward to using them again for any future car purchases. More

I currentyly live about 40 miles from the Hayes dealership in Lawrenceville but did not hesitate to travel the distance to continue working with professionals like Fred Sharp when searching for a new or used vehicle.
