Easiest Car Buying Experience Ever JP made my car buying experience a breeze! He had the vehicle I was interested in available and ready to view upon my arrival. He knew I had found the vehicle through my credit union, and that I had financing. He was not pushy, but very informative. I had my two small children with me, and he brought them coloring books and crayons and snacks. We were in and out in under an hour... And my kids both loved him and the new car! We didn't take the vehicle home that day AHS we were putting a DVD system in it through the dealership. He called me on his day off to make sure that the vehicle was ready for pickup, so that they didn't keep us waiting. Ted Hayes is very active with Maxwell's automotive and Collision Repair programs. Mark Chitwood, Hayes' service manager/supervisor, is an active member on Maxwell's advisory council. In addition, my experiences buying vehicles at Hayes has been exceptional. I would not go anywhere else to buy a vehicle. JP, my Hayes contact for purchase, worked hard to find the right Ram for me.
