Very convenient. I went to service yesterday for a oil change. I didn't have an appointment. But still, Ron Smith, one of the service advisors, managed to help me and I went to service yesterday for a oil change. I didn't have an appointment. Unlike other dealership, they don't like people asking many questions and they'll give people bad attitude or try to avoid answering the questions. They only care about $$$$$. I was greeted by Preston, who is a very straightforward, no-nonsense, yet polite individual. He gave my car a quick inspection and told me the cost and how everything works inside the shop. He was also answering some of the questions I had about the car. I then asked about a shuttle taking me to and picking me up from work, and they were happy to oblige. The shuttle car driver, Donna, was aslo very nice and hospitable. More

The service Dept has always taken care of any issues with my vehicles . I must thank Preston at Hayward Honda for helping me when my S2000 was stolen and needed service after to repair damages done to my vehicle and he took great care to make sure it was done.
