My husband was dreading the idea of having to go to a dealership to look for a new vehicle, when my sister and her husband recommended Hart City and Kendall Berg. He hated the thought of trying to deal with a high pressure car salesman. However, they explained that they have dealt with Kendall numerous times at two different car dealerships, over the last 20 years of leasing and purchasing quite a number of Toyotas and he was not that way. I called to be sure Kendall would be there before we went. He spent quite a bit of time with us, explaining the differences between several models as well as our options, since we were not sure what suited our needs best. After we narrowed it down and took a test drive, we were quite sure what we wanted. Still, he did not try to push us into a sale. He told us to think about it a while and gave us a number to call him when we were ready. We are grateful for that time, because after thinking about it, we decided to get the Limited RAV 4, instead of the XLE like we had thought we wanted after the test drive. They did not have any Limited in stock, let alone our preferred color, so Kendall explained our options. We picked up our beautiful Limited Rav 4 in the exact color my husband wanted, within the time frame promised. We like it even better than we could have anticipated. Now, my husband is telling people about how easy Kendall and Hart City made it to purchase a new Toyota.

Richard Cripe did a great job for us at Heart City Toyota! He made buying a used car simple. He was NOT pushy, and gave us as much time as we wanted, alone, to look at the cars and one in peticular. We appreciated that they had the price low, which made the buying experience much easier. No games. It was "cut and dried". The price was very fair. We ended up buying a 2010 Corolla. (The reviews online sold us!) Richard gladly came in on his day off when we came to pick up our "new" used car! He took the time to go over the "bells and whistles" so I'd have no questions once I took off from their lot! He seemed as thrilled with our new purchase as we were! I liked that! It may have been his day off, but he didn't act in a hurry to get rid of us! He also went into many of the safety features of our car, validating our decision to go with the Toyota! Thank you to the general manager for his nice email thanking us for doing business with Heart City. It's the little touches that made this experience so positive. I would definately buy from Heart City again! I would also ask for Richard Cripe! He knows his stuff, and is so accomodating. Now, if the service department is as good, that makes the establishment what it needs to be! No matter how wonderful and dependable the car is or how great the sales department is, if the service center lacks in any way, it tarnishes the name. A wonderful experience. Changed my mind about dealerships and used cars. They were fantastic. Delivered the car to our door. Gave us a great deal and even waited for the snow storms to clear up to bring the car to us.

This is my third vehicle purchased from Eric Miller at Heart City Toyota. With each purchase, it was a very pleasant, easy, and at times very fun experience. I had the best experience going in to this dealership, John was the best salesman I have ever met, he was great, we told him what we were looking for and we wanted to order this vehicle instead of getting one off the lot and he was fine with that, John said it was whatever the customer wants that matters to him and I was happy with him. We went to look at another vehicle a while ago and said we wanted to order and this guy thought we were crazy he wanted us to buy off the lot and we did not want to do that. John knew we wanted to do that and he was so awesome with that he didn't even question our decision, I would definitely do business with him again.
