My Water pump went out on my 2008 Camry and I call Heartland to ask if I still had a warrany on my call. Turns out it had just expired and the service agent helped me out by only making me pay for a deductible for the repair. The customer service was very friendly and helpful, I'll continue to reconment them. Thanks for the great service!

I have purchased two(2) new Camrys from Heartland in the past 6 years. Both times have been extremely comfortable and easy. The price is always fair and the follow up and service are excellent. The sales staff are very low pressure and do not try to sell you more than you are looking for. Service is always friendly and on time.

I appreciate a dealership that treats its customers w/respect & gives you good service for the prices quoted. I purchased my Pruis @ Heartland Toyota & will continue to go there for any needs for my vehicle. My husband & I were immediately greeted by Rick Wessel in a warm & friendly manner. We discussed what needed to done/checked & he said it s/take 1.5 hrs. The car was ready as promised & the price quoted was EXACTLY that. We also enjoy the atmosphere of the waiting area & complimentary drinks. The dealerships overall appearance is very good.

This is the third vehicle (two new, one used) we've purchased over the past three years from Heartland Toyota and Mr. Shawn Magill. Every transaction has been handled very professionally and in a straight-forward manner. Mr. Magill is wonderful to work with and remains attentive to his customers well after the date of sale. Scott Moritz, my service representative, was helpful, thorough, and conscientious. For example, rather than directing me to a finance person who could answer my question, he took it upon himself to contact the finance department to resolve the issue. He also cleared up a question about door latches. He obviously wanted me to have a very positive experience at Heartland Toyota, and he succeeded!

Well we really weren't looking forward to having to buy a new car. We have had high pressure before from another dealer and it made us very uncomfortable. This visit was set up online so the price was set . We came in Patrick Fendley was on board and everything just went very smooth. We were very happy the way things were done. In the past few years I have purchased a few vehicles from Heartland Toyota and I would like to commend the whole Heartland Staff for their TRULY EXCEPTIONAL and PROFESSIONAL service they provide throughout the process from sales, service and finance. I would especially like to commend James Alameda and Jim Vambas as there their team work from sales to finance has been OUTSTANDING (as always) throughout the process of sales to financing is remarkable. Brittany was great. She was thorough, mellow and laid back, but efficient and answered all our questions. She was also not impossible to negotiate with, which of course, made our experience more enjoyable and helped us meet our budgets. Love my car.
