He was very informative, and found the color and features that I wanted within days. When we came to check it out, Andrew was very knowledgeable and spent a lot of time showing us all the features before we left. We felt very comfortable with him. He stressed over and over that we could feel free to call him anytime a problem or question arrived, rather than coming in. He went above and beyond. Great guy to deal with! More

Very Happy with Ours Sales Person and our Purchase!! My wife and I went to Heiser Toyota to check out the new 4Runners. We were looking for a replacement for her 2004 4Runner which had 219,000 miles on My wife and I went to Heiser Toyota to check out the new 4Runners. We were looking for a replacement for her 2004 4Runner which had 219,000 miles on it. The old 4Runner had been dependable and still ran great but we felt it was time to trade up. We met Andy at the dealership and he were immediately impressed by his friendliness. He proved to be extremely knowledgeable and down to earth. He was completely honest and forthright in answering all of our questions and addressing any concerns we had. Andy went above and beyond in ensuring our vehicle was in the best condition possible when we picked it up. All-in-all it was a pleasure dealing with him. I would highly recommendation looking for a new or used vehicle to ask for Andy when they go to Heiser. The only reason I did not give my review 4 stars is because my wife and I were a bit annoyed at the finance department. We had an appointment set for 11:30 AM the morning we picked the vehicle up. We did not met with Vicky, the finance person, until after noon and the whole process took way too long. We didn't get out of there until almost 1:30 PM. We also did not care for the "up sell" on the purchase of the extended vehicle maintenance program. Our finance person, although friendly, slowed the process down by leaving us in the room alone several times to go check on various aspects of our purchase. We're not stupid, and know this is a sales ploy. The another sales manager, Shahat came in to make the "up sell" on the vehicle maintenance program. I would recommend Heiser talk with their finance group and not keep people waiting ... Dave S. More

Happy and Stress-Free Buying Experience I had gone to another competitor but I left disappointed because I did not feel good about what they were trying to sell me. He made the buying experience stress-free and answered all of my questions. He was very detailed when explaining the features of the car and I felt very comfortable making my final decision to purchase the car. I did not expect to take delivery so soon but I was confident that I was making the right decision after working with James. Picking up the car was also stress-free. James was there and took care of the final details to putting on the license plates. I couldn't have asked for a better shopping experience and I will recommend him to others that may be looking for a car. More

Great price and spectacular customer service I came to Heiser just because I wanted to see how a Prius sunroof worked, never thinking of buying from them. I gave him what I was looking for and with the help of Bill Lawrence, New Car Manager, they unexpectedly found my Prius in the region and within in 4 days it was here with a great price. Joe was always in touch with me as we waited for my Prius to arrive, but once again never pushy as some sales people can be. The Prius arrived and it was everything that I wanted. Shahat Mohamed, Business Manager, was helpful and friendly walking us through signing all the paperwork as well. But here is where Joe stood out...he took all the time I needed to show me the dealership, talk me through all the manuals, helped link in my phone and apps to the Prius and then spent time to walk me through every aspect of my vehicle including helping me set up all my computer functions in the vehicle. Joe was methodical and patient going through every screen and app.He could have easily taken an easier way out by generalizing all info and not the hands on approach Joe took. Because of his effort and the support of Bill and Shahat, I've decided to bring this vehicle as well as my wife's Prius Prime to be serviced at Heiser Toyota. More

First time long-distance purchase - super Andy Mamayek! As a car dealer professional, I normally do not buy cars that I can't inspect/test drive. I contacted Heiser Toyota of Milwaukee with a fair degree of skepticism and "open eyes." Andy Mamayek responded to my multiple requests for information, pictures with ease and professionalism. Andy even offered to come in to work to take pictures for me if needed to on his days off. His attitude added to my comfort level which resulted in my purchase of the FJ Cruiser from Heiser and transporting it to Southern California. We've been keeping in touch with updates even after the sale. The purchasing experience from Heiser Toyota and through Andy Makayek was pleasant and easy. I recommend Heiser and Andy especially to those "on the fence" about whether to go ahead with their purchases. Give them a shot! And good luck. More
